Cuba is excluded because OFAC maintains a comprehensive embargo prohibiting virtually all transactions without a license. Venezuela and Nicaragua are excluded as an internal risk decision: OFAC maintains sanctions programs targeting specific persons and entities in both, not a country-wide embargo, so excluding them entirely is 1V1's own decision and not an imposed obligation. This is not legal advice.
No. The platform restricts VPN use across all financial transactions and challenge validations. Using a VPN while adding funds or requesting a withdrawal will trigger an automatic block for compliance reasons.
